Dan is first and foremost a Christian. He is a former Marine, a retired NC Highway Patrolman and he attended Piedmont Community College in Roxboro North Carolina where he graduated from their two (2) year gunsmithing course. "In buisness since 2001, I have been interested in refinishing/restoration of firearms and I think that Color Case Hardening, Hot Bluing , Slow Rust Bluing and Rust Browning is a work of art. I like to work on double shotguns such as Parkers, Winchesters, Lefevers, Ithacas, LC Smiths etc. Plus I like to work on lever actions such as Winchesters and Marlins. Once I retired I thought it would be a good idea to go back to school and get my gunsmithing degree and learn how to work on other peoples weapons".
